Where every cup tells a story and every bite feels like home. Join us at the heart of Colfax for coffee crafted with care.
Fonks Coffee House isn't just a place to grab coffee — it's where Colfax comes together. Tucked along North Main Street, we've built a space that feels like your living room, minus the dishes.
Our beans are carefully selected, our pastries baked fresh each morning, and our doors opened with one simple promise: to make your day a little brighter, one cup at a time.
From bold espressos to flaky pastries, everything here is made to make your day better.
Fonks Coffee House is more than a café — it's a gathering place. Whether you're catching up with an old friend, powering through remote work, or just need a moment of peace, there's a seat waiting for you.
We're right on Main Street, easy to find and always happy to see you.
